TO CLAIM YOUR $250 WIN-WIN CHALLENGE PAY OUT, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Lock the offer with the competing company you've chosen, the same day we decline to beat it.
- Close on the loan at the exact terms of the competitor's offer.
- Contact your mortgage representative and fax or e-mail the HUD-1 Settlement Statement from closing and the Note verifying the terms of the loan.
- We'll verify that the initial estimate and closing statement/note match.
- If they do, we'll send a $250 check within one week.
