  2. Your mortgage representative will try to beat the competing offer by 5 pm Central Time.
  3. If we can't beat it by 5 pm Central Time on the same day and you lock in and close under the terms of the competitor's Good Faith Estimate, we'll pay you $250! (see instructions on claiming and rules/conditions below)

TO CLAIM YOUR $250 WIN-WIN CHALLENGE PAY OUT, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Lock the offer with the competing company you've chosen, the same day we decline to beat it. 
  2. Close on the loan at the exact terms of the competitor's offer.
  3. Contact your mortgage representative and fax or e-mail the HUD-1 Settlement Statement from closing and the Note verifying the terms of the loan.
  4. We'll verify that the initial estimate and closing statement/note match.
  5. If they do, we'll send a $250 check within one week. 

RULES/CONDITIONS:

  1. Offer applies to lender's charges only (items numbered in the 800's on a standard good faith estimate and corresponding HUD-1 settlement statement).  Escrows, title/government fees, and interest can vary and are out of our control.
  2. Offer is not a commitment to lend and is subject to underwriting, credit, and minimum equity guidelines.
  3. If we can beat the offer by 5 pm Central Time on the day the challenge is initiated and you choose not to accept our offer, you must re-initiate the challenge the next day.
